Founded in 2005 by Craig Lill, a graduate from Purdue University, As a fraternity member, he realized the need and importance for a way to easity take online payments in a way that was easy, secure and affordable.  

With the ability to take credit and debit cards online, the amount being collected for the groups increased greatly in a shorter time period.
